Isaac Johnston (Stillwater, Minn.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Men's Lacrosse Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of March 23-29, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.
This is the third NACC weekly honor for Whalon.
Defense --- Ryan Littler, Jr., G, Illinois Institute of Technology
Littler, a junior goalie, broke the Illinois Tech single-match school record for saves with 26 in a 12-5 loss at Concordia Wisconsin on March 25. He broke the previous record of 24 saves in a game set by Zane Handy in 2023, also against 2023. He finished with a 1-1 record, a 9.92 goals-against average, a .673 save percentage, and 36 saves against 96 shots faced.
Offense --- Isaac Johnston, Fr., M, Milwaukee School of Engineering
Johnston, a freshman attack, recorded 11 points last week for the Raiders, who posted NACC wins over Lake Forest and Dubuque. He recorded half of the Raiders' goals in a 12-11 overtime win over the Foresters, including the game-winner in the extra session. Johnston followed it up with a five-point outing (2G, 3A) in a 13-7 win at Dubuque.
Specialist --- Jack Whalon, Sr., FO, Benedictine University
Whalon, a senior faceoff specialist, won 15 of 17 faceoffs and scooped up 12 ground balls in a 15-8 win at Edgewood.
