Duwayne Aikins (Granite Bay, Calif.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Men's Lacrosse Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of March 30-April 5, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.
Defense --- Nolan O'Malley, So., G, Concordia University Wisconsin
O'Malley, a sophomore goalie, posted a 2-0 record in the net for the Falcons with victories over Lake Forest and Dubuque. He posted 11 saves with a .524 save percentage in a 13-10 win at Lake Forest. Against Dubuque, he held the Spartans to four goals with 15 saves, a .789 save percentage, and a ground ball as CUW picked up a 9-4 victory.
Offense --- Chris Bucci, Sr., M, Aurora University
Bucci, a senior attack, led Aurora to a pair of lopsided NACC victories, collecting 16 points on eight goals and eight assists in wins over Dubuque and Edgewood. In the Spartans' 24-9 win over Dubuque, he had three goals and seven assists. Bucci transitioned into a goal scorer in the 26-8 win over Edgewood, recording five goals and an assist against the Eagles.
Specalist --- Duwayne Aikins, So., M, Illinois Institute of Technology
Aikins, a sophomore midfielder, put in another stellar week at the faceoff spot, helping Illinois Tech to a pair of NACC victories. He started the week winning nine of 14 faceoffs while scooping up four ground balls in the Scarlet Hawks' 6-5 home win over MSOE on April 1. In a 14-2 win over Marian on April 4, Aikins was a perfect 12-of-12 on faceoffs while assing nine ground balls.
