Zach Thomas (Verona, Wis.), and Milwaukee School of Engineering junior
Graden Jansen (Ballwin, Mo.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Men's Lacrosse Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of April 12-19, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.
This is the fourth NACC weekly award this season for Jansen.
Defense --- Owen Johnson, So., G, Benedictine University
Johnson, a sophomore goalie, totaled 30 saves over two contests as Benedictine posted NACC home victories over Illinois Tech (11-4) and Lawrence (8-5). He matched a career-high with 19 saves against Illinois Tech, then added 11 against Lawrence. Johnson also secured five ground balls during the week.
Offense --- Zach Thomas, Sr., A, Edgewood University
Thomas, a senior attack, totaled 15 points across a pair of NACC contests. He scored eight goals and assisted on three others while scooping up six ground balls and causing a turnover in a 17-13 win over Cornell College. Thomas added three goals and an assist in a 21-6 loss at Concordia Wisconsin. During the week, he eclipsed career milestones with 100 goals and 100 ground balls.
Specialist --- Graden Jansen, Jr., M, Milwaukee School of Engineering
Jansen, a junior faceoff specialist, posted another dominant week at the spot, winning 26 of 30 faceoffs while scooping up 12 ground balls in a 20-8 win over Lawrence. He followed that up with a 12-for-14 effort with six ground balls in the Raiders's 20-2 win over Beloit.
