Tyler Patton (Aurora, Ill.) and Wisconsin Lutheran College senior
Lucas Oswald (Muskego, Wis.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Baseball Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of April 13-19, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.
This is the second consecutive NACC weekly honor for Patton.
Pitcher --- Lucas Oswald, Sr., INF/RHP, Wisconsin Lutheran College
Oswald, a senior right-handed pitcher, went 1-0 with a 1.59 earned-run average in two appearances for the Warriors. He allowed one run and struck out four over 3.0 innings of relief work in a 7-2 loss to MSOE on April 13. Oswald allowed just one run over 8.1 innings in a 5-1 win over Dominican on April 19, working around nine hits and seven walks while striking out four to pick up his first win of the season.
Position Player --- Tyler Patton, Sr., C, Aurora University
Patton, a senior catcher, had another strong week for Aurora, which split a pair of games at Rockford and swept Marian. After being held hitless in game one against the Regents, he was 7-for-12 with four home runs, two doubles, 11 RBIs, and eight runs scored over the final three games of the week. Patton capped the week by going 3-for-4 with a double, two home runs, seven RBIs, and three runs scored in a 15-5 game-two win over the Sabres. Over the four games, Patton posted a .500 on-base percentage and a 1.400 slugging percentage.
