Aurora's Bucci Named USILA All-American and North-South All-Star

LOUISVILLE, Ky. --- The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) announced the Division III All-American Teams and the North-South All-Star Teams with Aurora University senior midfielder Chris Bucci being named an Honorable Mention All-American and to the All-Star Team roster.
 
In his final season as a Spartan, Bucci was named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Offensive Player of the Year and was a First-Team All-Conference selection. He led the Spartans, finishing the year with 68 points on 40 goals and 28 assists  Bucci is one of 70 senior Division III men's lacrosse players, 35 per team, who will play in the 2026 USILA North-South Game
 
The annual USILA North-South Senior All-Star game will be played at Day Field on the campus of Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia on Friday, May 22.  The game time for the Division III contest is 3:00 p.m. (est) and 5:30 p.m. (est) for the Division I-II game. Tickets are available for purchase on the day of the game.
 
This is one of the most storied traditions in college lacrosse in which the highest caliber seniors from the across the country are showcased on the same field. The North-South game kicks off a Memorial Day weekend filled with lacrosse in Virginia as the 2026 NCAA Division I Lacrosse Semifinals along with NCAA Championships in all three NCAA Divisions will be held in Charlottesville, Virginia.
 
The Aurora men's lacrosse team finished the 2026 season with a 13-4 overall record and won the regular season Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference championship.
