Aurora's Bucci, CUW's O'Malley Named IMLCA All-Region

DURHAM, N.C. --- Two Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) men's lacrosse student-athletes were recognized recently as the Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA) announced its all-region honors.

Aurora University senior midfielder Chris Bucci was named to the first team, while Concordia University Wisconsin sophomore goalie Nolan O'Malley received honorable mention.

In his final season as a Spartan, Bucci was named the NACC Offensive Player of the Year and was a First-Team All-Conference selection. He led the Spartans, finishing the year with 68 points on 40 goals and 28 assists  Bucci was also one of 70 senior NCAA Division III men's lacrosse players, 35 per team, to play in the 2026 USILA North-South Game in late May. He was also an honorable mention selection by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA).

O'Malley - the NACC Defensive Player of the Year and the NACC Tournament Most Valuable Player - anchored the Falcons' defense throughout the season, finishing with a 17-2 record in goal. He totaled 221 saves while posting a 6.88 goals-against average and an impressive .650 save percentage.

Behind his efforts, Concordia Wisconsin put together a historic season, setting a program-best 19-2 record overall, including a 10-1 mark in NACC play. The Falcons also captured the NACC Tournament title with wins over Lawrence, MSOE and Lake Forest, earning the right to host the first NCAA Tournament game in program history.
