WGCA Announces 2025-2026 All-American Scholars

FRISCO, Texas --- The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced its 2025-26 All-American Scholar Team, recognizing a total of 1,551 women’s collegiate golfers recognized with this prestigious honor.

A total of 18 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) women's golf student-athletes were honored, including a league-best eight from NACC champion Aurora University.

  • Aurora (8): Thanpimol Tharpanawongwech, Anna Coccia, Michelle Beggs, Megan Kobelt, Maddie Pink, Ava Kalt, Anna Simpson, Natalia Salazar
  • Benedictine (3): Victoria Halon, Katherine Olson, Patricia Pawlikowski
  • Edgewood (5): Grace Schomin, Hannah Hegland, Kam Ibinger, Kendall Kafar, Lilly Sachtjen
  • Marian (2): Allison Cink, Taylor Schaefer

The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics and continue to demonstrate the high-level academic achievements of our players. To be selected, a student-athlete must:

  • Have an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher.
  • Be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the team's season.
  • Have played in 50% of the college’s regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year nominated through the team's conference championship.
