MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Marian University senior Yinan Lu (Qindao, China) has been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Women's Golf Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 7-13, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

A senior, Yinan Lu earned medalist honors at the Monmouth (Ill.) Fighting Scot Fall Invitational after post rounds of 76 and 74 to finish with a 6-over-par 148 total. She helped Marian card team scores of 312 and 310, both of which bettered the Sabres' previous school-record low 18-hole score. Lu posted five birdies between the two rounds.
