Zachary Baus (Macungie, Pa.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Men's Volleyball Student-Athletes of the Week for the period of Jan. 9-18, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.
Defense --- Zachary Baus, Jr., DS/L, Illinois Institute of Technology
Baus, in his first collegiate “start” at libero, recorded 16 digs in the Scarlet Hawks' season-opening match against No. 18 North Central College. Baus finished with 3.20 digs per set, currently tops in the conference.
Offense --- Elijah Mosher, Sr., S, Concordia University Chicago
Mosher, a senior setter, broke a program record in the Cougars' lone match of the week. He picked up 55 assists in the four-set match against Illinois Wesleyan, breaking a six-year-old record for assists in a four-set match. Of Mosher's record total, 22 came in CUC's 44-42 set three victory - a frame that sits tied for second in NCAA Division III for most combined points in a set. Mosher sits atop the NACC standings in assists per set, averaging 13.75. In addition, Mosher picked up one service ace on the week.
