NACC Men's Volleyball Weekly Honors to Dominican's Hirsch, MSOE's Thomas

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (naccsports.org) --- Dominican University junior Thomas Hirsch (Boise, Idaho) and Milwaukee School of Engineering senior Seth Thomas (Wauwatosa, Wis.) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Men's Volleyball Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Jan. 26-Feb. 1, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.

This is the second consecutive week Hirsch has been recognized.

Defense --- Thomas Hirsch, Jr., MB, Dominican University
Hirsch, a junior middle blocker, posted 11 total blocks - including a solo stuff - and five digs as the Stars split a pair of matches. He tallied six total blocks - including the solo - in a 3-0 win at Lakeland on Jan. 29 to open NACC play. Hirsch then opened February with five block assists and four digs in a four-set home loss to No. 9 Cal Lutheran on Feb. 1.

Offense --- Seth Thomas, Sr., OH, Milwaukee School of Engineering
Thomas, a senior outside hitter, totaled 31 kills - averaging 3.44 kills per set - as the Raiders posted a 2-0 mark. He opened the week with 18 kills, four service aces, and two block assists in a five-set win at UW-Stevens Point on Jan. 28, then closed the month with 13 kills, three service aces, a block assist, and an assist with a four-set win over Wittenberg three days later.
