Madi Crossman (women's track) have been named Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Outdoor Track & Field Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of April 13-19, 2026, as selected by the league's athletics communications professionals.
Men's Field --- Zach Wendland, Jr., Concordia University Wisconsin
Wendland, a junior from Green Bay, Wisconsin, posted the 20th-ranked decathlon in NCAA Division III with 6,405 points to claim the title at the Augustana (Ill.) Meet of Champions. En route to the title, he had personal bests in the shot put, pole vault, long jump, discus, 400-meter dash, 110-meter hurdles, and 100-meter dash. Wendland posted the competition's best marks in the long jump, high jump, and 1500-meter run.
Men's Track --- AJ Springer, Junior, Distance, Milwaukee School of Engineering
Springer, a junior from Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, rebroke his MSOE program record and set a new NACC all-time record in the 800-meter run at the UW-La Crosse Phil Esten Challenge. He stopped the clock in 1:51.38 to finish second overall. Springer's time currently ranks 13th on the NCAA Division III performance list and erased the former conference mark of 1:52.50 set by Aurora's Armando Acosta at last year's Augustana (Ill.) Midwest Twilight Final Qualifier.
Women's Field --- Olivia Jameson, Sr., Illinois Institute of Technology
Jameson, a senior from Cloquet, Minnesota, posted her best mark of the season, winning the high jump at the Wheaton (Ill.) Don Church Twilight with a leap of 1.62 meters (5-3 3/4). She currently holds the top mark in the NACC by seven centimeters (Eden Maranell, St. Norbert, 1.55m).
Women's Track --- Madi Crossman, Jr., St. Norbert College
Crossman, a junior from Tomahawk, Wisconsin, won the 200-meter dash at the Lawrence Viking Invitational with a personal-best time of 25.50 seconds. The time currently ranks second on the NACC performance list. She also on a 4x100 relay that broke the St. Norbert school record by .01 seconds. The relay holds the NACC's top time by 2.5 seconds and ranks 24th in NCAA Division III.
